Have you bought my neighbor a new house?

she got this house next door to mine 11 years ago the previous owners fully remodeled it she worked. she has 5 dogs 4 cats and a rabbit they all stay inside. she had a child then got married quit work he got laid off now on welfare. after 11 years of neglect the house is in shambles. she applied for a gov grant and now they are tearing down her home and building her a new one. She pays not one dime for being a lazy slob. just to let you know where your tax dollars are going.
