Why is Justin tv blocked in China?

I have been watching justin TV almost everyday in China for 3 years and 2 days after the earthquake in Japan it stopped working and has been blocked everyday since. I'm very devastated by this because I had regulars I chatted with on there everyday and channels I watched religiously. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it's just temporary; however, I have a bad feeling it might either have something to do with Chinese netizens leaving negative comments about the earthquake as there is alot of deep hatred for their neighbors due to war crimes that have never been apologized for, or because of people streaming news on the situation in Lybia wich China is opposed to. if anyone out there has anymore insight on this I would like to hear from you. Also I have tried proxies and free vpns but nothing will stream while using them. I'm trying to find alternatives such as veetle and p2p, but everything else just seems second rate. My life is in shambles; I need my daily jtv fix :(...........
