What happens if a parolee has no where to live?

My father in law is on parole and has to live in the state of Texas. He's probably about to be kicked out of my sister in law's house. He has no where else to go, as he is not welcome at our house, or any of his kids houses. What happens if he has no where to live? Does he go to a half way house or back to prison? I'm just curious.
