Please help; ten easy points?

Does anybody know if there is one specific job where you work with kids of emotional abuse, sexual abuse, physical abuse, emotional disorders, behavior disorders, drug-addicted kids, law-breaking kids who landed up in juvie, jail, or prison. As well as private programs with all the kids who were in the program due to gang involvement, drug abuse? And where you help them when they're in juvie, jail, or prison. And if there is a job like that what it is? Because that's exactly what I want to do. Please help, it's an easy ten points..
