Told my friend Im in love with her.?

Ive been in love with a close friend of mine for years now. Shes always known I have had a thing for her but its something she always seemed to avoid. About 4 months ago we were out together and when we got back to my friends house I walked her down the street to her car. Next thing you know shes holding my hand. We were having a talk about just life I guess and she told me she knew I couldnt handle being her friend. So I decided to kiss her. She kissed me back and the 2 minute walk to her car ended up being a half an hour romantic thing. Watched the stars kissed numerous times. The next day she just didnt want to talk about it. So I kind of just left it alone. The other night I took her to this party with me (Neither of us drank) where I decided I was going to tell her flat out I was in love with her and that she is the girl of my dreams. I decided this because I have an oppurtunity to move to Florida and the chance of us ever being together would disappear. She started to cry. She said things like "I dont know what you want me to say", "this is selfish your telling me you want everything or nothing", talked about how her life is just kind of in shambles right now between getting her masters and working. I explained to her I dont need a serious relationship. I dont want to get married tomorrow. All I want to know is she felt about me because I wont move away and think to myself for the rest of my life what could have been. I told her I know she feels something for me because the night we kissed she was out with another guy she was interested in at the time. I know her very well by now and she wouldnt have kissed me while "talking" to this other guy if it was just for kicks. I also told her I havent gotten the "friends" bullshit speech yet either and if there was nothing there she would have pulled it out by now. She said we need to finish this conversation later which I let her get away with because at that point she had to be at work in 5 hours and I was sure this wasnt going to be something that would make her sleep any better as it was. So Im giving her time before I tell her we need to finish our conversation so I dont pressure her. She knows I wont wait long before I ask her so I know its in her head. So basically I guess my question is just for advice. This girl is my everything and Ill do whatever I have to do to have her. Sorry about the length but with something like this details are a must. So yeah anything any of you have to say is appreciated, thanks.
