Would you consider this abusive or not?

i dont think so, i worked at a vet office & we had to hold some down. it wasnt beacuse they were bad dogs or anything, they just didnt want us messing with their nails. we had to hold all the dogs a certain way wihen clipping the nails though. so no i dont think it's abusive your trying to help it:)
